DFC 2020 is suitable for all types of diesel fuel, for all systems and is therefore excellent for use in the transport sector. For example, transport by rail, road and water.

A small amount of Diesel Fuel Conditioner in the tank of a locomotive (diesel locomotive) is enough to profit from the benefits DFC 2020 offers. One litre of DFC 2020 is sufficient for 6,500 litres of diesel fuel!

Rail transport - Diesel locomotives

Diesel locomotives cause high levels of pollution via particulate emissions. The cause: deposits on engine components which no longer function optimally. Injectors are not able to perform to specification and piston rings do not function as they should. Carbon deposits in the grooves cause increased blow-by. The engine oil which actually should lubricate the engine becomes degraded and partly escapes into the combustion chamber above the piston. Together with unburnt diesel fuel this oil causes particulate exhaust emissions. DFC 2020 keeps the engine and its components clean so that they stay as new and work optimally. No further loss of engine oil and complete fuel combustion.
